The ruthless exploitation of people, animals, and our resources leads in the long term to a decline in success and even to the failure of any venture that is successful in the short term. We view the world in which we live holistically and know that even the largest organizations, companies, and corporations must constantly realign themselves in order to survive. In addition to realignments due to technological developments or market changes, most profound efforts are due to a lack of raw materials, good employees, or changes in the animal and plant world. This division encompasses all organizations whose focus is on profit-oriented work. Since the focus is on both short-term balance sheet profits and long-term structural developments, this division includes commercial enterprises as well as scientific research, political parties, and non-governmental organizations. Organizations whose focus is on the forward-looking use of resources are assigned to the sustainability division.
Aid
The aid division includes all organizations and forms of organization whose primary goal is to support people in need and help animals in distress. In addition to non-profit organizations, this can also include companies whose main goal is not monetary profit but the support of living beings.
Sustainability
All companies and organizations whose core division of activity involves the sustainable use and design of our environment and its resources are located and supported in this corporate division. In addition to agricultural and forestry companies, this division also includes companies and organizations that create structures and conditions to ensure the sustainable use of our resources and nature.
Each main area is managed and supervised by a coordinator from procstruc holdings. In addition to facilitating general communication between all partners and subsidiaries within the group, the coordinators provide targeted, topic-specific support within their respective areas, which in turn are divided into sub-areas to ensure efficient and effective collaboration.

Björn Snoek looks back on many decades of successful management consulting and is responsible for group management, finance, and group development.
